Emergency Numbers for Lost or Stolen Cards

Debit Cards:  If your CBI Bank & Trust debit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately.  During normal business hours, call the bank at (800) 292-1234 and ask for Client Services.  If you are unable to reach us, or if you are calling outside of normal business hours or on a holiday, call SHAZAM® at (800) 383-8000.

Credit Cards:  If your CBI Bank & Trust-branded credit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to Elan Financial Services at (866) 234-4691 toll-free.  If you are outside of the U.S. call (701) 461-1772 collect.
